Rebecca Torres Jewelry is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to uncontrollable events. Every Rebecca Torres Jewelry piece is hand made to order. Most pieces will ship within 1-4 business days, however certain pieces may take up to 3 weeks to be prepared for shipment due to Covid-19 delays. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, we ask that all customers be patient with the production window. Once your order is placed and your payment has cleared, you will receive a confirmation email. If you need your jewelry by a certain date, please email info@rebeccatorresjewelry.com to ensure we can get your package to you by the requested date.
