We accept returns within seven days of receipt for store credit. Please email all return inquiries to info@rebeccatorresjewelry.com. The customer will be responsible for shipping fees. Please note that custom/personalized orders cannot be exchanged/returned.
We honor returns resulting from damaged items within seven days of receipt. Please include a photo and description of the product/issue in an email to info@rebeccatorresjewelry.com. The store assumes responsibility for shipping fees in this instance.
